Purchasing
- Note the item numbers you wish to purchase, which are included alongside each item in My Catalog.
- Submit the Order Request Form with shipping and payment details, and any other comments related to your order.
- Janet will send a confirmation e-mail with the total amount due, including shipping and handling.
- Your order will be filled and shipped once your payment has cleared.
Payments
- Please do not submit payment until you receive an e-mail from Janet confirming your order with a total amount.
- Please do include the order reference number with your payment, and alongside any other related correspondence.
- Please do contact Janet before ordering if you have any questions about the process, or special requests beyond what is described here.
- Check, Money Order
- If you are sending payment using postal mail, please let me know that a payment in full is on its way.

- You can submit a payment via PayPal to orders@janetplanetjewelry.com, using the button below. A receipt will be sent which verifies your payment.
Holiday Purchases
If you are ordering during a gift bearing holiday season, please allow up to two weeks for the whole process to take place. Also, it could take longer if you don't get back with me right away, after I send an e-mail to you.
Wholesale
Janet Planet Jewelry offers wholesale prices. You must purchase 6 or more items to receive special pricing. Place an order as usual, and indicate in the comments that you would like wholesale pricing. A pricing estimate will be sent to you by e-mail.
